VENUE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Entire Assegaai Centre complex for day/night of wedding/function - Chapel / Hall with large veranda / Accommodation in Assegaai Centre.
• Tables set for up to 100 guests – 10 seater round tables, white floor-length cloths, white crockery, cutlery, champagne flutes and/or wine glasses. (Additional settings @ R45 per setting up to a maximum of 150 guests)
• All ‘setting up’ before and ‘cleaning up’ after the wedding
• All necessary Staff members.
• Draping of hall …………. Sides with scallops and including fairy lights. (Ceiling can also be draped at an additional R600,00)

  We are licenced to run the bar according to your specific requirements, provide all glasses, ice, etc. A barman will be on duty throughout to run either a cash, complimentary or ‘tab’ bar. A corkage fee of R30 per bottle will be charged on all drinks you wish to supply yourself.
• DECORATIONS & FLOWERS
  Additional decorating (overlays/candles/stands, etc), flowers, wedding cake, etc. can all be arranged according to your own special requirements.

  Can be arranged, or may be organized by yourselves.
