Situated at the start of the hike, is a semi open air, 'rustic with class' camp set at the edge of a pretty dam, where the energetic can canoe or tube, while the not-so-energetic just 'park off' and enjoy the view! It has braai facilities (plus wood), bunks, mattresses, drinking water, hot showers and flush toilets. It sleeps 14+.

Consists of a timber deck beneath the trees, covered on one side in case of rain. Situated at the foot of the majestic Glenfield Cliff, hikers have the opportunity of exploring the interesting caves and ledges, or tubing among the waterlilies on the Assegaai, It sleeps 20 and has bunks, mattresses, drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and braai facilities (plus wood).
